株式会社ストロボファクトリー（以下「当社」）は、iOSアプリケーション「ここね - 声の日記」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただく皆様のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の適切な保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報、その取得方法、利用目的、および第三者との共有について説明するものです。

本アプリは、位置情報、連絡先、広告識別子、その他の端末情報を取得しません。また、ユーザーの行動を追跡（トラッキング）することはありません。
記録内容、気分の自己申告値、お名前、メールアドレスは、いずれもお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーに保存されることはありません。
お名前およびメールアドレスは端末外に送信されることが一切なく、当社を含むいかなる第三者もこれを閲覧することはできません。
本アプリを端末から削除した場合、またはアプリ内の「アカウントとデータを削除」を実行した場合、これらのデータはすべて消去されます。消去されたデータを当社が復元することはできません。
本アプリの感情分析機能は、Anthropic, PBC（アメリカ合衆国、以下「Anthropic社」）が提供するAIサービス「Claude API」を利用しています。ユーザーが分析を実行した際、以下のデータが当社の中継サーバー（Vercel Inc. が提供するホスティング環境）を経由してAnthropic社に送信されます。
送信されないもの：お名前、メールアドレス、端末識別子、位置情報、その他ユーザーを個人として特定しうる情報。送信されるのは上記の記録内容のみであり、これらは特定の個人と紐づかない形で送信されます。
事前の同意について：本アプリは、初回の分析実行時に、送信されるデータの内容と送信先を明示し、ユーザーの明示的な同意を得ます。同意しない場合、分析機能は実行されません。同意はアプリの設定画面からいつでも撤回できます。
Anthropic社におけるデータの取り扱い：Anthropic社は、API経由で送信されたデータを生成AIモデルの学習・訓練に使用しません。同社は不正利用の検知を目的として送信データを限定的な期間保持したのち削除します。同社のプライバシーポリシーは https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy をご参照ください。当社は、Anthropic社が本ポリシーと同等以上の水準でデータを保護することを確認しています。
ユーザーがアプリ内の「設定 → ヘルスケア」で連携をオンにした場合に限り、本アプリは、記録のときに選んだ気分と、分析で得られた感情のラベルを、Apple「ヘルスケア」の「心の状態」に書き込みます。日記の本文や写真は書き込みません。
本アプリがヘルスケアのデータを読み取ることはありません。ヘルスケアのデータを当社のサーバーやAIサービスに送信すること、広告・マーケティングやデータマイニングに利用すること、第三者に提供することもありません。
連携は設定からいつでもオフにできます。アプリ内で記録を削除すると、本アプリが書き込んだ対応する「心の状態」も削除します。ヘルスケアに書き込まれたデータは、Apple「ヘルスケア」アプリからも確認・削除できます。
当社は、取得した情報を第三者に販売しません。前項に記載したAI分析の実行に必要な範囲を除き、法令に基づく場合を除いて第三者に提供・開示することはありません。
本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告ネットワークやアナリティクスSDKを一切組み込んでいません。App Trackingの許可を求めることもありません。
ユーザーはいつでも、アプリ内の「設定 → アカウントとデータを削除」から、アカウント情報およびすべての記録を完全に削除できます。削除は端末上で即時に実行され、当社への申請や連絡は不要です。
本アプリは主に成人の利用を想定しています。当社が13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
本アプリはセルフリフレクション（自己内省）を支援するツールであり、医療行為・診断・治療を目的としたものではありません。健康上の懸念がある場合は、医療専門家にご相談ください。
当社は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内またはApp Storeの更新情報にてお知らせします。

STROBOFACTORY Inc. ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who uses the iOS app "Kokone - Voice Journal" (the "App") and works to protect personal information appropriately. This policy explains what information the App handles, how it is obtained, what it is used for, and how it is shared with third parties.

The App does not obtain your location, contacts, advertising identifier, or other device information. It does not track your activity.
Your entries, self-reported mood, name, and email address are all stored only on your device. They are not stored on our servers.
Your name and email address are never sent off your device, and no third party, including us, can view them.
If you delete the App from your device, or use "Delete account and data" in the App, all of this data is erased. We cannot restore erased data.
The emotion analysis feature uses Claude API, an AI service provided by Anthropic, PBC (United States; "Anthropic"). When you run an analysis, the following data is sent to Anthropic through our relay server (a hosting environment provided by Vercel Inc.):
What is not sent: your name, email address, device identifiers, location, or other information that could identify you as an individual. Only the entry content listed above is sent, and it is sent in a form that is not linked to a specific individual.
Prior consent: The first time you run an analysis, the App shows what data is sent and where, and asks for your explicit consent. If you do not consent, the analysis feature does not run. You can withdraw consent at any time in the App's settings.
How Anthropic handles the data: Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train generative AI models. It retains the data for a limited period for abuse detection and then deletes it. See Anthropic's privacy policy at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy. We have confirmed that Anthropic protects data at a level equal to or higher than this policy.
Only if you turn on the connection in the App under Settings → Health, the App writes the mood you chose when recording, and the emotion labels from the analysis, to State of Mind in Apple Health. The text of your entries and your photos are not written.
The App does not read your Health data. Health data is not sent to our servers or to the AI service, is not used for advertising, marketing, or data mining, and is not provided to third parties.
You can turn the connection off at any time in Settings. When you delete an entry in the App, the matching State of Mind record written by the App is deleted as well. You can also view and delete data written to Health in the Apple Health app.
We do not sell the information we handle. Except as needed to run the AI analysis described in Section 3, or as required by law, we do not provide or disclose it to third parties.
The App shows no ads and includes no advertising network or analytics SDK. It does not ask for App Tracking permission.
You can permanently delete your account information and all entries at any time from Settings → Delete account and data in the App. Deletion happens immediately on your device. You do not need to contact us.
The App is intended mainly for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The App is a tool that supports self-reflection. It is not intended for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a health concern, please consult a medical professional.
We may revise this policy in response to changes in the law or in the service. If we make a significant change, we will announce it in the App or in the App Store update notes.
